(More customer reviews)Bought two of these to use as bedside lamps. Assembly is easy enough, even without instructions. It does use a 3-way bulb, if you prefer that. Provides a soft light, suitable for reading or relaxing before going to bed. Might not be bright enough for a particularly dark room. I like the style, which is modern contemporary I would guess, and it is sturdy without being too heavy. I like that the base is fairly small and does not take up too much table space.

Each Regatta lamp has a maple finished wooden base which matches the wood trim on either end of the white poly/cotton shade.
