(More customer reviews)This is the third lamp in a row that we received with a broken shade due to poor packaging. The first two were taken off Amazon and this one needs to be as well until you can learn how to ship something with glass. I just recently had a heart atttack and have not had a chance to handle the return/replacement or whatever this time. My wife and I have bought thousands of dollars of various products from Amazon over the years and this attempt for several months to just buy a lamp has been more than frustating. As far as the product itself, it would be great if NOT BROKEN AGAIN. Other than that, all is well!!!!!
