(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 of these lamps. They arrived last night. When I tried to assemble them, I noticed there was a bad sounding "crunch" when I tried to put it all together. Both lamps had the same flaw. The crystal base is slightly too large for the chrome base so they have been altered by slightly sawing off a corner to make it fit. The shreds are all crunched up under the cystal base and you can see it on both lamps. I notice that CSN conveniently doesn't have a phone number given so I can tell them how dissatisfied I am. I will tell you instead, as well as go on their website.
