I received it within a few days (very fast) and though the box was a bit beat up, the lamp was in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and looks great in my transitional/traditional living room, but can easily accommodate a variety of styles. The shade is nicely textured and large, giving it a modern look. Overall, I am quite pleased!
