(More customer reviews)I really enjoyed this lamp for about 2 weeks. then it began to take longer to start erupting; when it did, it bubbled for shorter periods, then finally the wax would lay at the bottom barely moving, Even the Blob in that old movie had more life.
To the company's credit, they sent me a replacement unit. This one lasted about the same length of time - worked fairly well for about 2 weeks. Now I have another Blob.
I am really disappointed. I really want one of these, but I don't want to have to get a new one every few weeks. Maybe I should try another color? Perhaps the red wax was from a defective batch?
