(More customer reviews)I received my original lamp and the base that is encrusted with green stones was missing some of them so I asked for a replacement. Loved the lamp but the missing stone. Vendor promptly sent replacement and I returned original lamp. The replacement lamp is also missing stones and now I am asking for a 3rd replacement. The customer service has now vanished. I asked for another replacement and no acknowledgement of another replacement on the way or offer of refund. I would like a replacement and hope vendor will check the lamp before sending me another one. When paying this price it should have been perfect the first time. Bad products sometimes escapes quality control but I thought it odd to get two bad lamps in a row. Maybe vendor will make this right and sent the 3rd one that is perfect with all the stones on base and lamp. I have asked Amazon to intervene as vendor is not responding to me at this time.
