(More customer reviews)I absolutely love the lamp, but the first box I received, the inside of the Amazon box was in shambles. The lamps were both broken. So, I sent the box back (which is an extremely easy process) and asked for a replacement. The next box I received only had one lamp in it (supposed to be two), and the piece that holds the shade was missing. So, I sent it back and asked for a refund. (Which again, was an easy process.) I really want these lamps, so I am ordering them one more time. I am obviously a glutton for punishment, but I really do like these lamps. Just want to get them intact and with all the pieces!!
