(More customer reviews)Beautiful lamp, but after we set it up and threw away the packagaing we noticed the base of the lamp was chipped in several places and the shade was dented in several places. I used a "matching" permanent marker to hide the chips in the base and am just living with the dents in the the shade. Very disappointing...this never happened with anything I ever ordered from Amazon. Yes, I could have returned it, but needed the lamp immediately for the Holidays and had nothing to pack it in to return it.
