(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 of these lamps. The second came about 2 weeks after first. It was missing the harp and knob that first lamp had. I wrote an email requesting that these parts be sent. I have had NO acknowledgement of my problem or a plan for resolution.
I would really appreciate a response.

The Canton blue lamp base is reminiscent of a classic tea caddy jar.The base is hand painted on porcelain with blue and white scenic designs. The hexagon shape lamp mimics the shape of the base and is hand sewn in an off white fabric.
