I returned this item several weeks ago but I still have not received any refund at all. I FedExed it and have proof of my return.
I have tried to get ahold of Amazon but Iim not able to get through to them.
IF anyone knows how to email or speak with Amazon directly, please reply here!!!
This is my first negative purchase in 3 years of using Amazon.

It's ideal that she can put it on or off by touching not only the base of the lamp but surprisingly, any metal on the lamp or lampshade. This is great. It came in pieces and although I was a bit intimidated, I was able to put it together with no problem. I was a bit disappointed that the cat scene, that appeared pinkish on the website, was totally cream color. Oh well. And why did they have to write the name of the company in black on each glass panel where you can see it? I was surprised that the lamp came with the 3 chandelier-type bulbs and a little perplexed that they are half the height of any bulbs of this wattage (25w) they sell. I intend to contact the company and find out if I can replace them with regular-sized 25w bulbs. There might be something tricky about this since it's a touch lamp. There are fire warnings on the lamp. And I'm not sure it is UL listed. It throws a lot of shadows so don't buy this for a reading lamp - it's nice for ambiance and perfect for a senior to put on and off with arthritic fingers. And it's a pretty lamp.

(More customer reviews)I had been looking for a lamp like this for some time. Every time I thought I found one it was either too small or cost 4 to 5 times what this one did. I was reluctant to buy this one because for the price, I was afraid it would look cheap or be of poor quality. The other review here convinced me to take a chance and am I glad I did. From the moment I opened the box I realized that this lamp was something special. The fit and finish are superb. It's large and heavy (13lbs.) The glass colors are true to the picture shown. It has dual pull-chain sockets. It gives off a warm inviting glow when lit and is still very attractive unlit. If you're looking for a lamp that captures that classic "Tiffany" look, but don't have a fortune to spend, then look no further, this is it!

Port 68 Canton Blue Lamp, 23" Tall Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 of these lamps. The second came about 2 weeks after first. It was missing the harp and knob that first lamp had. I wrote an email requesting that these parts be sent. I have had NO acknowledgement of my problem or a plan for resolution.
I would really appreciate a response.

Pros they are very heavy lamps
Now for the cons , in the picture it looks like red pieces of glass , well no red. Mine is more orange in both the lamps I bought . Disapointed here a little red would have realy set the lamp off. Now on to the base , the base color sucks , in the pick it looks brass and black colors , but in person these are a drab, brown .
I am editing my orignal review, after a week of putting up with these horribal looking lamps I am giving them away , I just cant stand them , they are just plain ugly . The colors in the shade are washed out and pale , cheep plastic glass in the shade, and of course made in china . I would avoid these at all costs
