(More customer reviews)I ordered the lamp for my granddaughter as a Xmas present. Shipment promised 12/15 - 12/31. As of l/10/2011, I still do not have my item and seller will not communicate with me to resolve problem. I paid for the item on 12/8/2010(when ordered). I have filed a claim.
